Jeanette Barrett and her friends got into the festive spirit and raised an impressive £300 through organising a Christmas Tombola in their local community
Vicky Hart, friends and family raised a fantastic £3,545.88 from their annual golf day in memory of Adrian Hart. The golf day is growing from strength to strength and since it started in 2010, they have raised almost £13,000 – thank you very much to all involved!!

Huge thank you to all the staff at Mentor Training who joined forces on their 25th birthday to take on lots of fundraising for the ‘Mentor Mission 25’ – the mission to raise £25,000 across the year for 5 worthwhile charities. Mission completed as they raised £5,026.23 for Weston Park Hospital.

Abbeydale Golf Club raised a whopping £7,206 after adopting us as their charity of the year - thank you very much!
Huge thanks to staff at Knowhow in Sheffield who raised over £5,500 through donations, sales of merchandise, pool tournaments, raffles, cake sales and more besides.
This is the largest amount they have ever raised in a 6 month fundraising period and we are extremely grateful for their wonderful support!
The rain stayed away and the sun came out for the second annual Golf fundraising event in memory of Reece Alexander Newbury. Held at Bawtry Golf Course near Doncaster, over 30 golfers in mixed ability teams worked the course in aid of the Cancer Charity. A hearty meal afterwards allowed the non-golfers to take part, then a raffle and an auction for celebrity signed golf clothing raised a fantastic £800.
6 year old Oliver Lightfoot recently built a wooden aeroplane from his own design and decided to sell it on eBay. He chose to donate the £20.01 it raised to the Cancer Charity because his dad has received treatment at the hospital. Well done Oliver!
We were delighted to receive a cheque for £1009.87 from members of the Doncaster & District Refefees Society.
